Orlando, Florida – On Wednesday, March 1st, 2023, Oldach HVAC USA Corp. celebrated the Ducane Air Conditioning Dealer Program Awards Event 2023 to recognize their distinguished Ducane dealers participating in the Ducane Dealer Program at the Icebar Orlando in Orlando, Florida.

Customers, Ducane/Allied HVAC representatives, and Oldach personnel enjoyed an evening celebrating 2022 accomplishments. As part of the event, customers received a plaque and a gift commemorating their outstanding performance in the program. During the event, the guests had the opportunity to enjoy a unique experience, spending 15-20 minutes inside a -5° below zero bar, where the walls, bar, decorations, and even the glassware were made of ice! Great signature appetizers and cocktails were enjoyed by all.

At the Ducane Air Conditioning Dealer Program Recognition Event 2023, representatives from Allied included Glenn Paetow, Regional Account Manager, and Drew Eckstrom, Eastern Region Sales Manager. From Oldach headquarters, Arnaldo San Miguel; Vice President, Sergio Sanjenis, Director Marketing and Business Development, and Lynnette Alvarez, Marketing Coordinator. From our Florida operations were present Jose Ramos, Oldach Florida Regional Manager, and Oldach stores managers; Moses Martinez, Jesús Quiles, William Laureano, all accompanied by their stores’ sales associates.

January 2020 – Like every year, Oldach HVAC USA recognizes the performance of our customers and this year was no exception. Last year, despite being a complicated year due to the pandemic, our industry did not stop, and our clients did not stop supporting us.

As part of our customer loyalty programs, this year we had the privilege of recognizing 23 customers who belong to the annual Oldach incentive programs. These 23 clients were recognized for their excellent 2020 sales performance.

We reconnected with our Puerto Rican community, culture and traditions during La SanSe Takes Orlando on January 19th & 20th in Central Florida Fairground. This year, for the first time, we were part of this great event with our brand Ducane Air Conditioning. We had the opportunity to increase DUCANE brand awareness and Oldach as distributor to the Hispanic community living in Central Florida by brand exposure with a 10 x 10 booth banners, flags, videos, promotional items and personal interaction for product information. To support us with the product information, two of our DUCANE top clients: José Medina and PD Mechanical participated with us giving information to the public about DUCANE products. We gave away one Ducane Central Air Conditioner 24,000 Btu and many surprises to everyone that came to say hello and to learn more about Oldach & Ducane.

La Fiesta de la Calle San Sebastian has a long history. It began in 1954 in the city of San Juan, Puerto Rico as an effort by the local church to fund critical street repairs at the center of the city’s historic Viejo San Juan neighborhood.

Since then, this vibrant street festival has become a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Its electric carnival atmosphere overtakes the historic blue cobblestone streets of el Viejo San Juan with music, food and outsized “cabezudos”, larger than life puppets of important people and politicians.

La Fiesta de la Calle San Sebastian has unofficially become the bookend to a very busy and festive Christmas season celebration in Puerto Rico.

Oldach Orlando store hosted their annual Holiday party on December 14th, 2018. Store manager Freddy Villalona and his team welcomed their customers and friends with a gift, delicious Puerto Rican food and music.

Oldach Kissimmee had double celebration on December. Our newest store in Florida celebrated its first anniversary. Jesús Quiles, store manager and his team celebrated the holidays and a successful first year next to their best customers, suppliers and friends on December 21st. Kissimmee team greeted everyone with a gift, had Puerto Rican food buffet, music and exhibition from some of our suppliers like: Goodman, First Company, Target Sales among others.

We partnered with Ferrán Services & Contracting, Inc. whom are a drop off location for Toys for Tots Foundation and we donated 8 bicycles for kids whose parents cannot afford to buy their Christmas gifts. It makes us happy to know that 8 kids had a big smile on such special day.

Danfoss Seminar

On December 15, 2017, we celebrated the grand opening of our second store in Central Florida, located in 1001 Armstrong Blvd. in Kissimmee.

We keep expanding our business in distribution of residential and commercial air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation products in Florida. Now with more showroom space and new training room, we keep our promise to help our customers grow their business offering the best products and services in the industry. We are a One Stop Shop for HVAC professionals.

During the evening our guests enjoyed the ribbon cut, a networking cocktail and product presentations by some of the very well-known brands that we distribute such as: Allied, Goodman, Danfoss, Nucargo, Uniwell, Comstar, Fieldpieces and Metal Shop.

Here’s a look of what happened in the grand opening.

On February 23, 2017 Oldach HVAC Orlando hosted a residential and commercial product seminar for its customers, as part of the introduction of the Ducane Deluxe Sales Program.

Around 20 companies, 35 people in total gathered for the seminar and program presentation that was conducted by Ducane’s, Jeff Jasuta, Ben Mc Muray,  and Glenn Paetow, District Sales Manager for the FLorida territory.

Following the mid-day break lunch, we had the opportunity to recognize 2016 sales volume accomplishment, presenting an award to the participants.

On November 15th, between 9am-11am and 1pm -3pm, Oldach in Orlando hosted two Panasonic ductless training seminars. Conroy Watson, the senior service technician for Panasonic conducted the training. During the seminar he covered basic installation practices, followed by regular service proceedures and finished up with discussing system troubleshooting, which included how to retrieve error codes and where to find information for the codes.

Oldach, believes that proper product training will help their customers advance in their business as HVAC contractors in achieving better sales results because they KNOW their products. Oldach, a refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation supplier, has opened a facility at 3004 Silver Star Road in Orlando, FL. A new name in the Florida market, the company was founded in 1955 in Puerto Rico and has established itself as a leader in that market with eight stores on the island and one in the British Virgin Islands.

The Orlando location occupies 25,000 square feet of space including 1,500 square feet of showroom, a training room and several offices. The store stocks many products that are well-known in the industry: Armstrong Air and Ducane residential equipment, Allied commercial rooftop units and split systems up to 10 ton capacity, Panasonic mini-splits, Danfoss compressors up to 15 tons, Russell refrigeration compressors up to 5 hp, Honeywell and Nu-Calgon, to name a few.

Branch manager Freddy Villalona, an industry veteran with 20 years of local experience, is assisted by Gabriel Rivera and Edgar Gonzalez in operating the store. Gabriel brings seven years of local experience, making him a great asset to the operation.

A grand opening celebration is planned for May 27 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
