Oldach Associates, LLC. was actually established at Puerto Rico. Almost 60 years ago, this company was founded by Mr. John Oldach and was well known as manufacturer’s representative. Later it was sold to Mr. Giancarlo Brito in the year 1987. Today, Oldach Associates LLC is a popular name in the country, and it represents the largest equipment distributors and HVAC parts suppliers in the Puerto Rico area. The ownership at present is divided between two graduate engineers, Mr. Giancarlo Brito, and Mr. Felix Campos. Both of them have huge experience in commercial as well as residential refrigeration and air conditioning services.
The corporate headquarters of Oldach Associates are located at Las Palmas Industrial Park, Catano, specifically in the Metropolitan Area of San Juan Puerto Rico. The major focus of the technical team is the ensure quality distribution of commercial and residential installation materials, replacement parts, water treatment, ventilation, industrial cooling, refrigeration, air conditioning, and air/water filtration.
Few other branches of Oldach are Multistack, Reznor, FHP, Tek-Air, Anemostat, Pottorf, Tuttle & Bailey, Evapco, Loren Cook, Danfoss Russell, Ducane, Allied, Comfort Breeze, Armstrong, Panasonic. Building Infrastructure of Oldach Associates is spread in the estimates area of more than 1500 square meters. The whole premise is divided into three different sections: Warehouses, Office and Showroom spaces. Note that, there are 13 different buildings that are specifically designed for showrooms; they are located at various locations of Panama, USA, Orlando FL, St. Thomas and Puerto Rico as well.
There are two major divisions that are responsible for leading the sales efforts for Oldach: They include the Commercial & Industrial Group, and The Residential & Light Commercial Group.
