Oldach, a refrigeration, air conditioning and ventilation supplier, has opened a facility at 3004 Silver Star Road in Orlando, FL. A new name in the Florida market, the company was founded in 1955 in Puerto Rico and has established itself as a leader in that market with eight stores on the island and one in the British Virgin Islands.
The Orlando location occupies 25,000 square feet of space including 1,500 square feet of showroom, a training room and several offices. The store stocks many products that are well-known in the industry: Armstrong Air and Ducane residential equipment, Allied commercial rooftop units and split systems up to 10 ton capacity, Panasonic mini-splits, Danfoss compressors up to 15 tons, Russell refrigeration compressors up to 5 hp, Honeywell and Nu-Calgon, to name a few.
Branch manager Freddy Villalona, an industry veteran with 20 years of local experience, is assisted by Gabriel Rivera and Edgar Gonzalez in operating the store. Gabriel brings seven years of local experience, making him a great asset to the operation.
A grand opening celebration is planned for May 27 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
